Something extra special is happening … The 2025 Birmingham Supper Club Soiree!
Date: July 31 – August 2 (all times are CST)
Location: Hoffman Media Headquarters aka “The Hoffice” in Birmingham, AL
Ticket Price: $2400
Open to all Supper Club Members (with or without a business/product). Transportation/travel and hotel NOT included. Some breakfasts and lunches will be provided, other meals will be on your own. Hotel Suggestion: I am staying at the Valley Hotel in Homewood. Another suggestion would be the Grand Bohemian in Mountainbrook.
Tentative Schedule
Thursday, July 31
- 9:00am. Breakfast at The Hoffice. We will be joined by editors of the Hoffman magazines so you can meet them and develop an ongoing repoire. You will have the opportunity to pitch your business or ideas for features. Magazine brands that will present include Victoria, Southern Lady, Southern Home, Bake from Scratch, Tea Time, and Taste of the South.
- 10:30am – Noon. “How a Magazine Comes to Life.” Hoffman executives and creatives will walk us through the process of creating The Supper Club Magazine! You will have the chance to ask questions directly to the publishers. We will work on the framework and structure of creating the magazine and will find the correct fit for your skills, businesses, and interests.
- Noon. Break for lunch
- 1:30pm. Cover Shoot. Setting the scene for the shoot and creating the inaugural photograph for the first issue of The Supper Club Magazine. Location to be announced closer to the event but it will be offsite of Hoffman Media.
Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 2.
- Photo shoots for features. Supper Club ideas/dinner party themes. Themes will be decided and items organized among members for contributing products and styling. Exact times will be available closer to the event.
- We will wrap at 1pm on August 2.
