The LITTLE TURKEYS at your Thanksgiving celebrations with LOVE all of the fun in these ideas sent to me from LAUREN MCKINSEY DESIGNS. The games, actvities, decorations, and food ideas are fun for everyone! Join in and make the most thankful day of the year one to remember! You’ll be grateful for Lauren McKinsey’s fabulous inspiration!
The “place cards” at the kids’ table is so cute with each name printed and clothes pin turkey legs added to make them stand! Lauren McKinsey also used this idea throughout the party! Each chair had a Happy Thanksgiving sign on the back…with a turkey with those same cute legs!
This adorable Little Turkey also graced the yummy cupcakes- I love how they add such a cute touch to simple chocolate cupcakes! Orange straws with polka-dots add to the cuteness!
To keep your Little Turkeys busy, Lauren McKinsey has several activities designed just for them! Let them make headbands to wear…these are part of the collection of activities.
The kid table is always the life of the party at Thanksgiving, right? Add these cute touches and watch the fun multiply! Personalized is always special and helps everyone keep up with their goodies!
Have the kids make these “turkey treats” for each other and swap them as gifts- simply add brown candy (these are Whoppers) to small milk bottles and put a turkey on the front with feathers on the back!
Or have them fill little bags with “Turkey Toes” to give to each toher. These are also cute take home favors!
Use candy corn for the “toes”- I bet you will get a giggle or two!
Lauren McKinsey even designed turkeys for iron-on trasfers to add to shirts or canvas bags! Make these shirts and bags ahead of time and use them for the kids on Thanksgiving Day!
I love this little bag!
It is a perfect place for holding crayons and craft supplies!
There is also a “make your own turkey” activity in which the children cut out the parts and assemble as they like!
I love how cute this guy turned out!
And, there is an action-packed activity…the Turkey Toss! What a fun game for lots of ages. Adjust the difficulty level for different ages by having a different “tossing line” to stand behind~
Have the children stack the cans (the collection has printed paper for wrapping the cans to coordinate)
And get ready to Toss the Turkey!
Really cute for all ages, right?
I’d say she is more of a Little Pumpkin than a Little Turkey! 🙂
HAPPY TURKEY DAY! I hope you have a fabulous Thanksgiving and enjoy some of these great ideas for celebrating with your family! Thank you for sharing, Lauren McKinsey!!
