There is nothing like celebrating patriotic, summer holidays! One other fabulous part of this party is that Kylie put this together on a budget of $150. By using ideas such as sewing Dollar Tree dish towels together to make chair back covers, Kylie was able to add details without breaking the bank! What a great picnic, Kylie! Mom Aaliyah planned this sweet affair for her own daughter London- and hosted a tea party with whimsical flair.
