I love using plants to decorate so that I can transport them to my yard when I would like to and enjoy them for years. Hydrangeas are one of my favorites!

I painted terra cotta pots a bright shade of yellow and planted a hydrangea.

I added pretty ribbon and topped the soil with colorful candy eggs.

The only problem with this simple project was convincing my sweet son that eating candy out of dirt was not ok!

These will be on my porch for Easter and then planted in my yard to enjoy throughout the summer!
