Some parties just stick in your mind~ and this party, by Holly of Paisley Petal Events, is one of those for me! I love the combination of the polka dot balloons, the red and pink candy, the coffee filter poms, and THE CAKE! Holly gave Jill, of Sprinklebelle Cakes, free reign to design a cake. I just love it!

The guests decorated cookies and made Valentine cards~
