This little birthday girl loves the movie BRAVE, and so her mom contacted Kate, of Events by Kate, to request a Brave-inspired party…Kate went right to work- starting with watching the movie a few times for inspiration! Drawing on as many elements from the story as she could, Kate delivered a smashing good time! She set the tone with this fabulous dessert table complete with a hand-crafted stone wall, targets, arrows and a color palette of orange, blue, green, and white! I’d say she has perfect aim!

What a cute way to display marshmallows~

Targets in the party colors hung from the ceiling as decorations~

Juice bottles were wrapped with customized labels and straws were made to resemble arrows- love that!

Party favors were lollipops with a target on them! Easy with big impact!

How clever of Kate to incorporate the bear cubs who represent Merida’s triplet brothers!

And, the lovely Merida was there to wish the lovely Birthday Girl a happy day!

What a fabulous party, Kate! You were brave to take on the complex theme- and you executed it all so well!
