Lemon Chicken with Olive Oil
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chardonnay
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
Instructions

Place chicken in casserole dish that is a fairly close fit.

Mix above ingredients, pour over chicken.

Shake additional salt and pepper on top of chicken, if desired

Cook 350 degrees (F) for 45 mins. or until internal temperature is safe.
