Get creative with your Easter table floral centerpiece this year! I always love the surprise of adding carrots to my arrangements at Easter- but I will show you how you can make this with or without carrots.

I bought all of the flowers, fruits, and vegetables at Trader Joe’s. I bought pink stock, green hydrangeas, pink tulips, green apples, and carrots with stems. I snipped the ends of the stems and put the flowers in a pitcher of water to let them drink as much as they could while I was prepping the container and the fruit.

I used the same planter as I used in this floral arrangement. I had the chicken wire ready to go on top of the white container and so I began by adding the apples on wooden skewers first.

Next, I used the pink Stock flowers and made a “triangle” by placing them at 3 different places around the circle. After the pink flowers, I added the green hydrangeas around the pink flowers to keep the triangle going.

I added more apples to fill in around the flowers…

Next, I filled in the open spaces with tulips. And this gives you a completed floral arrangement! It is so pretty with the pinks and greens. Further down, I will show you how it looks when I added the carrots to give it an Easter feel.

To add the carrots to this arrangement, I simply added wooden skewers to them and placed them around the arrangement. I liked how the long stems draped down and added drama to the arrangement. You can always snip the stems if you prefer to keep the arrangement cropped more.

I really love how the orange carrots play off of the pinks and greens and add a fun twist to the arrangement. It feels a lot like Mr. McGregor’s garden.

It was fun to take photos of it from all of the different angles. 🙂

It always looks more complicated to make than it actually is. I hope you will give it a try! Imagine adding radishes or other produce to the flower arrangement. Don’t be shy and have fun getting creative!
