We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at hello@lydiamenzies.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Because all sales are final, we cannot offer returns or refunds for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or incorrect. This includes sale items, personalized or custom products, and gift cards.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, and a replacement cannot be provided.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you may still be eligible for a 14-day cancellation period under EU consumer law. To exercise this right, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@lydiamenzies.com
