Cook ravioli per package directions and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan over med- heat and add garlic. Cook garlic until it slightly changes color- about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Add wine to pan and stir until liquid reduces by about half of its volume.
Add salt, spinach, and tomatoes. Stir just until spinach leaves wilt and shrink in size.
Place ravioli on plate and top with the spinach/tomato mix.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
