1cancream of chicken soup**(I will provide a substitute for the cream of chicken soup below)**
2 - 3canswater (measured in the soup can)
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 casserole dish
Mix together all other ingredients and pour over the chicken
Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 90 mins. or until chicken reaches 165 degrees internal temp.
Notes
**If you prefer not to use cream of chicken soup, you can quickly mix these ingredients together and use as a substitute. 3 Tablespoons butter1 Tablespoon flour1/2 cup milk1/2 cup chicken brothsalt and pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a small- medium saucepan.
Add the flour and whisk until smooth and bubbly
Slowly whisk in the chicken broth and the milk- whisking constantly.
Bring to a slight boil and continue to whisk until the soup thickens.
