Ingredients

green leaf lettuce

cucumbers

grape tomato variety pack

edamame, cooked

carrots, shredded

pepitas
Instructions
Wash, dry, chop all vegetables (except tomatoes).
Layer lettuce in the bottom of trifle dish.
Add cucumbers and other ingredients one layer at a time.
Sprinkle top with pepitas.
Serve and enjoy!
