Greek Salad with Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)

Ingredients

green leaf lettuce or mixed salad greens

cucumbers, sliced or diced

grape tomatoes, cut in half

Kalamata olives (no pit)

sliced red onion (optional)

Feta cheese, crumbled

can chick peas, drained/ rinsed

olive oil

lemon juice

salt

pepper

dried basil or oregano
Instructions
Wash and dry all veggies. In a large bowl, combine the salad ingredients.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon, salt, pepper, seasoning and whisk to combine.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine salad and dressing.
Enjoy!
