Birmingham Supper Club Soiree
Date- August 1 – 2 (drop-off any props on afternoon of July 31)
Location- Hoffman Media Headquarters (the “Hoffice” ) in Birmingham, AL
Open to all Supper Club Members (with or without a business/ product)
Number of Tickets- 24
Hotel Suggestion- I am staying at the Valley Hotel in Homewood. Another suggestion would be the Grand Bohemian in Mountainbrook.
Each year, the Birmingham Supper Club Soiree has become more and more exciting! I like to create something different for you each year and expand your networking reach while having a wonderfully creative time! I am SO EXCITED to bring you the events this year! I have taken the survey feedback and crafted an experience for you that will be productive, useful, valuable, exciting, and fun!!
Highlights include but are not limited to:
August 1, 2024
Biscuit Breakfast and Small Group Chat Sessions with Hoffman Editors– have a chance to talk directly to the editors of your choice and pitch your business and/or product directly to them! Rather than pitching in a large group, you will have the opportunity for a smaller, more personal chat. Editors include Southern Lady Magazine, Victoria, Southern Home, Bake from Scratch, Southern Cast Iron, Entertain & Celebrate, Taste of the South, Tea Time.
Photo Session and Floral Design with Hoffman Photographers to be published in one or more of their magazines. We will create tablescapes that show our groups’ talents, products, and creativity. You will have a behind-the-scenes look at how magazine production works and will be part of the action and design! We will work in groups which is also a fun way to get to know each other better!
August 2, 2024
As a special treat, we will be able to host our own “Holiday Market” at Hoffman Headquarters! This portion of the Soiree will be presented to the public for a limited number of tickets for super shoppers who love to get ahead of the holidays!ย We will open the Market to our ticketed super shoppers in the morning. After lunch, the shoppers will enjoy the Christmas Tree Topiary Class with Parker Kennedy Living. Supper Club Members who do not have products to sell at the Market are invited to help assist PKL with the class.
Lunch will be provided by the Hoffman Test Kitchen both days.
We will have lots of fun together while creating beautiful tables to be published-ย and I cannot wait to be with you in Birmingham!!
