Loads of kite strings (ribbons), a fresh chevron print, a rustic vibe, divine desserts, and a beautiful baby boy combine to make this party soar with fun! Jacki, of Blissfully Sweet, made wonderful use of her creative talents as she designed her son's first birthday party- a small family party that is big on delightful details! Look at the invitation she made for each guest!
I loved Jacki's use of ribbons as "kite strings" to decorate- notice how the ric rac resembles the chevron pattern used throughout the party!
Jacki also found these gorgeous paper lanterns to coordinate perfectly!
Jacki did a fantastic job with tying in the pattern and colors in so many subtle ways...
Have a look at the delightful table- rustic and sweet with green, blue, and brown...
I am amazed at these little clouds that float on blue sky! I think those are so adorable!
I also love the white chocolate bark (with Nerds candy) served in wooden cones with kite and cloud cookies in the background~
And the unique cake that Jacki created~
Jacki also bought a wooden spice rack that she redesigned to hold Persian Fairy Floss in pistachio, vanilla, and chocolate. She especially liked the cloud look it had to it- and it was the perfect colors!
Jacki also wrapped chocolate bars in coordinating paper and topped with a kite that she cut out...she really thought of everything!
There is a park just behind their home, and so the party guests headed to the park to fly kites and enjoy the day...what a sweet way to celebrate Noah's first year!
Thank you for sharing your party for your precious son, Jacki! You are such a talented lady!
