I am sew smitten with this party! Christine of Pure Joy Events designed the most beautiful party for her little girl based on her daughter's love of her new sewing machine (a Christmas gift). There are so many details that you don't want to miss! The invitations were the first hint at what a darling party it would be...
What a wonderful idea to have the invitation on a spool! I also love the vintage sewing machine~notice it is set on "7".
The party was set in the children's playroom with treats and activities that were sew perfect! Button shaped lollipops held by spools, spool-shaped cake pops dressed with matching tape, and handmade pin cushions to hold the sign- such wonderful ways to tie in the theme.
The perfectly beautiful cookies~
I love how the drink bottles were tied with twine and a button!
Raspberry Parfaits match perfectly~
And, the adorable cake...how clever!
The activities were so much fun. They began with guessing how many buttons in the jar and hoop toss!
I am sure the girls will always treasure their first attempt at sewing!
And their sweet handmade pencil bags to take home as favors~
Wow! It looks like it is SEW fun to be SEVEN!
What a beautiful party with such thoughtful details! Thank you for sharing, Christine!
