I love how Missy layered blue tablecloths to give the effect of ocean waves. Crushed cookies and sugar create the “sand” and Missy added starfish cookies to mimic what you would find at the beach…
I love how the cake is topped with fondant sea shells, sand dollars, and pearls from oyster shells. Sugar cookies decorated to look like flip flops and green candy chews as seaweed added another perfect touch~
Decorations included a treasure chest filled with beads and shiny jewels…
Goldfish crackers and ocean-blue M&Ms add to the theme of the party in a kid-friendly way!
Missy found the cutest swim suit for Lexi…
And, of course, a birthday mermaid needs her mermaid towel! Adorable!
