Brian Hart Hoffman from Bake from Scratch magazine and The Bake Feed (on IG) is always a treat~ and so are the dishes that he creates from scratch on his website and in his cookbooks and baking classes. I am thrilled that Brian is baking with us today and that he chose to teach us to make Lava Cakes. They have been a favorite of mine for so long, and we didn't even talk about it before he decided what to bake with us. Having the recipe and step-by-step instructions from Brian make them even more special!
Brian's latest cookbook will be available in March of 2021- it is Volume Five of Bake from Scratch. The cover is beautiful and probably my favorite of all of the covers- it matches my kitchen perfectly. Lol~ it actually reminds me of a French pastry kitchen, and I love that!
