This gorgeous and adorable party was designed by LookieBoo for her little girl who was celebrating her 2nd birthday. Her parents have always called her their "Beauty Queen" which became the obvious theme for her celebration. With a windy, rainy day to add drama to their day, the party was rushed inside and displayed beautifully. LookieBoo definitely earned her crown with this delightfully girly party for her daughter, Ruby Mae!
