When I saw this gorgeous and simple (yes, simple!) picnic by Crissy of Crissy’s Crafts, I couldn’t wait to share it with you! Crissy set up a sweet little picnic for her children and a few friends while the kids were out of school for spring break. What a great idea for summer, too! As simple as it is, it would make a fabulous party for a birthday! Crissy made the details herself!
I love the wall accent piece that Crissy found (for $10 at Hobby Lobby) and used as a backdrop against the gorgeous cupcakes! Crissy made the cupcake toppers using scrapbook flowers that she found for only 50 cents!
I especially love the balloon garland that Crissy made to swag across the front of the table~
The food was so cute for a spring picnic!
The kids played card games, climbed trees, blew bubbles, played in the playground, blew dandelions and also lounged on the blankets.
Thank you for sharing this lovely idea for enjoying a fun time with your children and their friends!
