This shrimp and wild rice casserole was one of my childhood favorites that my mom used to make. If your family is a shrimp loving family, this meal is a good one. Simply add a side vegetable or a salad and you’re all set for dinner! This dish is a little rich and hearty and a nice addition to the weekly meal plan ideas!
